Pitch22 is a web based solution that assists youth and amateur football clubs to organise themselves better. Parents, players, coaches and administration staff use this application to keep up to date with what is happening at their club and to participate in keeping the club more organised.

Typically, a football club administrator interested in improving operations at the club would subscribe to Pitch22 on the web and then create the relevant age groups and teams that reflect the structure of the club.

Thereon, the information related to administration staff, coaches, players and parents is inserted or imported into the platform. Parents, players, coaches and administration staff are invited to join Pitch22 and once they do, they may use the platform from the web and this mobile application.

Some of the key features that characterise the platform are:

- The easy setup of a club structure (from web)
- Empowering parents and guardians to contribute and gather information throughout the season
- Pushing the season’s calendar to all members of the club at the beginning of the season
- Document management for medical consent forms, medical certificates, FA registrations forms, birth certificates and many more.
- Reminders to submit vital documentation
- Attendance Tracking
- Open dialogue between club and parent
- Communication between coaches and players on a one to one basis in a controlled environment with parents being copied
- Opponents Management (from web)
- Report generation (from web)

Pitch22 has also developed the necessary processes to Safeguard Children. These standards were developed together with the person responsible for Safeguarding Children at The Football Association in the UK.

The benefits Pitch22 aims to achieve include:
a. Saving the club time and money
b. Giving administration staff, coaches, parents and players access to relevant information
c. Improving communication amongst the above mentioned users.
